Just in case anyone needs, you can get Open Office software for free at openoffice.org. The Open Office Writer will open all these formats.

Actually, all you need to do is open the file in Microsoft Word. Change the "file type" to all files and Word will apply the right conversion.

I am interested with your bible lessons, however, my software will not read word perfect document, can you change it to microsoft word or PDF format?
